| you should try guided meditations. there's a bunch free on itunes. I like meditation oasis. though if you do it while lying down you will def fall asleep. |

| i find the most helpful meditation to be the kind where you just focus on breathing. breath in while counting to 7, hold for 7, exhale for 7. Just focus on the counting and breathing and it will help empty your mind. |

| I don't think it's a bad thing at all, of course! But sometimes people think they *have* to and that if they don't, they are meditating "wrong." I just mean to say that it isn't a requirement. :) |

| yeah i have a 1st gen razor ;P i probably wont do this. i mean, i think athena and i will move sometime after she is out of school next year, but there's a lot of folks here i'd like to hang out with more, and i want to give playing music in boston a fair shake again, really bust ass locally plus i do half of this (sell/donate a bunch of crap i don't need) every now and then, and it's refreshing enough to postpone rash decisions much respect to ryanz for living the dream though! |
