and should i run down mass ave or rock creek park ave? and then what should i have for dinner? also, should i then watch the state dvd, or play team fortress two, and should i have rolling rock or red wine as i play/watch whatever?

nice, I think I'll start running again tomorrow. I'll make it a block and a half before falling over. It'll improve though.
