| but shaq isn't what he used to be. it's a no-brainer for cleveland (since they gave up me, you, and
tix to the ice capadades), but there's not guarantee shaq will be healthy all year. he's old. i
think it will absolutely help them against some teams (orlando, notably), but doesn't mean they'll
waltz to the finals. they didn't win this year against ORLANDO because they had nothing in the
middle. Cs have been playing together and can hit the ground running, assuming everyone is
recovered. Cavs look good on paper, and i like the move, but we'll have to wait and see how it comes together. i do like ron ron, but i already LOVE delonte. in the ECF i was rooting for the cleveland delontes. |

| they didn't win this year because they had no one to defend in the middle, partly, but also largely because they played a different brand of offensive basketball than they had all season. lebron against the other team is fine in a tie game with 20 seconds to go, but it can't be your entire offensive strategy. |
