dsensationale - 7/2/09, 12:20 pm
yes. you have to reserve the passes a few weeks in advance, but most city libraries have a calendar of what dates are available. it's only for the exhibit halls, but still, it's free. you need a library card to reserve them, though.

boston

you can google "museum passes whatever city... library and it should be easy to find.
ffej - 7/2/09, 12:28 pm
at the museum of science boston, you too can learn about state-of-the-art science advances like the apollo-soyuz project or computers that one day may be as small as washing machines. or come saturday for the unveiling of the "brown wing", a tribute to modern technology, with a special visit by president gerald ford.

Also, what exactly is the Stone Zoo?
tigerdriver - 7/3/09, 8:09 am
stone zoo is in stoneham, right off of 93

it is kind of an alterna-zoo...there are no elephants or hippos or rhinoceroses. it's got a lot of smaller, indie animals
Huts - 7/3/09, 10:06 am
Weeeeeeeeeeeeee I'm at the museum and it rules. Learnin bout nano techbology suckas.
jared - 7/3/09, 10:45 am
You should be drinking outside in this weather...not running around with a bunch of grade school kids learning about nano techbology.

It's a zoo. I think it depresses me a little less than the franklin park one. They have some wolves which are really neat.
Huts - 7/3/09, 11:41 am
I spend about 99% of my time drinking, outside or otherwise. I want to learn how nanotechnology will help cure my unavoidable liver disease one day.
