| food i am making for tomorrow, which will be shared with some colleagues, as we all sit together and
everybody's eating junk lately. organic: sauteed the biggest cheapest onion i could find. chopped garlic chopped ginger some shoyu some o.o. wish we had walnut or grapeseed but we don't today. navy beans in that jazz. brocolli chopped, added, softened though not grossy. boiled: jerusalem artichoke pasta which is shaped like the spiral kind. mixed together. chill that shit. add: cut up cuc bottoms of broc stir in: -wasabi powder/ginger/oil/vinegar/shoyu mixed togeth. some flax for good measure. could have been other stuff but had to get rid of cuc and broc before fridge guilt happened. |

| i feel as though i have no talents. the one thing that i was probably best at was hockey. i played for 14 years, but all sense of confidence and pride was lost when i played for a boys high school team and didnt get any playing time, because i was a girl. I quit before my senior year because I was tired of being disrespected and not getting any playing time, but mostly i was disheartened and sad. the worst decision i ever made was going to my town's public high school instead of applying to private school's with girl's hockey teams. sometimes, i get depressed and look at the rosters of the top women's hockey teams for colleges in the U.S. and see at least one girl I played with on every team. |

| most of the things I'm about to say are probably obvious at this point. I used to live in Boston. It was fun. I am over it. I am a Momma. I like to keep myself company with booze after the kid and baby daddy go to sleep(i sleep sometimes never). I like to make shit... both the crafty, animated, and brown varieties. I once did a 30 day sleep study. I love the heat but the humidity is making it hard for me to breathe. pseudoephedrine is making it hard fro me to sleep. beer is making it hard for me to type pretty. I have to pee. |

sleeping pattern.. and it was exciting to partake in such a thing. for tomorrow's sake. I really wish I was sleeping now. but I took pseudoephedrine cause I couldn't breath.. so now I can't sleep. |

| that actually didn't happen. i think they said it might for mine too (i did this like 6 years ago) but the most I was awake for was 30 or so hours. and then sleep for 15.. . they were studying Modafinil for shift work. |

| my other problem was that you had to like keep a regular sleep schedule for like 3 weeks prior and check in and stuff. and do like 3 doctors visits beforehand. it all seemed like a lot of work. i also think that maybe you weren't supposed to drink or do drugs for a few weeks before the study. |
